Bright Star Homecare agency is known for their incredibly nice and accommodating owner, as well as the caring nature of Trina, who both strive to ensure that everything is perfect for their clients. They truly go above and beyond to provide assistance and help in any way possible. One example of this was when an emergency arose and they worked tirelessly to arrange 24/7 care for us. Their dedication and willingness to assist during difficult times was greatly appreciated.

However, it is important to note that despite the best intentions of the owner and Trina, not all of their staff were up to par. Some members of their team left much to be desired by not meeting the expectations set for them. This became evident when there were several occasions where the staff failed to show up as scheduled. The confusion surrounding the schedule seemed to be a recurring issue, causing inconvenience and frustration at times.

Fortunately, Bright Star took our complaints seriously and acted promptly to address any concerns we raised. Whenever we brought up issues regarding the staff's performance or reliability, they took immediate action to rectify the situation. While it is commendable that they responded swiftly, it is unfortunate that there were four or five instances where staff did not fulfill their responsibilities.

It becomes apparent that while our overall experience with them was satisfactory, there were moments when things could have gone smoother had all members of the staff met the high standards set by Bright Star.
