The team at Concordia is compassionate, knowledgeable, and approachable, creating a caring community. Concordia is a wonderful retirement and care community offering a range of care and assistance. The staff are amazing - kind, helpful, and caring. The independent living area features nice, clean apartments and friendly staff, with linen services for those who can't do laundry. The facility is beautiful and welcoming, with cordial staff and opportunities for socializing. Concordia is one of the best communities for active older adults, with faith-based values and resident volunteering. Concordia takes excellent care of residents, offering private apartments with safety features and responsive nurses.
How people suppose to afford these prices. The nursing skills is the poor part. Horrible staff, treat your loved ones with such disrespect. Concordia is understaffed and their Management is inexperienced and lack compassion. Way too expensive for the lack of care given to your loved ones. Recently moved my Mom out of Concordia - movers told me they have had 6 people leave Concordia in just the last month. They forced my aunt to sit on a chair until she lost the ability to walk so she wouldn't wander. The food could be better and the mattress is too soft. Decor is dark and depressing. Not enough sunshine or cheerful colors. Save your money and go to a more caring facility. My uncle was there four years ago and got a really bad bed sore in the nursing home following surgery.
