The staff members are awesome and willing to assist residents. There is a mental health team available to support residents with mental health and addictions. The care coordinator is sweet, kind, and friendly, and helpful to everyone. The current staff on all shifts are awesome and cool. Apartments are well done, with laundry rooms on two separate floors. The building is pet-friendly for small dogs and cats, and service pets are welcome. The administrator is willing to listen to residents.
The supervisor is absolutely disrespectful to independent and assisted living residents. The building is absolutely falling apart; a balcony literally fell off. A staff member told an assisted living resident they had 15 minutes to move their furniture to clean the carpet, and the resident uses a walker and cannot move furniture like that. When confronted, the staff member got into an independent resident's face, and a witness was told they had no say. The supervisor said assisted residents have a mouth and can speak up, but nothing is done when they do speak up. It took two weeks to clean a carpet, and the result was unsatisfactory. Do not put your family into this building; they will be treated like dog poop on the bottom of a shoe.
