Solon Pointe provides a good experience. The staff is amazing and very helpful across admissions, nursing, aides, and activities. The rehab department works diligently and makes great strides with excellent communication. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly, and residents are well taken care of. The facility provides a supportive and welcoming environment with friendly, caring staff. Every worker and resident is awesome. Solon Pointe represents an excellent value. The facility is beautiful inside and out, with friendly staff. The staff are friendly, attentive, and courteous. The community is friendly, and staff are patient and compassionate. The activities are diverse and provide opportunities to socialize.
This place was the absolute worst and should be closed down. The staff here are through temp agency and do not care about the patients. They have totally neglected my father. Emerald Ridge you never know whose people you are neglecting. My mother in law is a resident there and she is very not pleased with the facility and the staff. Worst place ever !!! The food they feed the people is horrible; they do not care about nobody but themselves.
