The staff are really good and care about their residents. The housekeepers do a good job keeping the building clean given its size and occupancy. The memory care area is nice, and the outdoor area is pleasant. The facility is clean, and the caregivers are kind. The community is very clean and friendly, with meals that are chef-prepared. The staff work together as a team. The dining room and common areas are inviting, and the staff are friendly. The move-in process is seamless thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The food smells amazing coming from the dining area. The staff, including Kathi, are amazing and go above and beyond to ease concerns. The facility feels warm and welcoming, with attention to detail and timely updates to care.
They would not recommend it for pets because a family member who was an amputee allegedly wasn't properly supported, fell, staff reportedly didn't want to call an ambulance, and the administrator allegedly expelled him and made unfounded accusations.
