The facility has been amazing, delivering quality care and compassion above and beyond. Staff at O'Neill Health Care are great, loving, and caring. The facility keeps families informed about all aspects of care. Therapy is awesome and helps patients regain mobility so they can go home. Sunny is amazing, hardworking, caring, energetic, and focused on patient comfort. All of the staff have been wonderful. The therapy department is top-notch. They take amazing care of residents and are highly recommended to others. The unit manager Sandra is wonderful, and the overall care is excellent. The staff provide exceptional and compassionate care to residents.
Some nurses are awesome, the rest of the staff terrible. A patient was left on a bedpan in his own waste for over an hour and a half, with no one cleaning him up. The staff redirected calls and failed to provide timely help, risking a resident's safety when oxygen ran out. The facility is disgusting and dirty, with strong, pervasive odors.
