To this day, getting information about the last days of her life has been non-existent. Though we contacted the head nurse, the private nurse we had for her last weeks and the head administrator, all we got was a letter of sympathy. Their callousness and insensitivity was mind boggling.
• Let's face it, my mom was in the memory care unit and while the head nurse was nice, the help was mostly abysmal.
