The house manager, who is a nurse, provides caring, loving service and is a good cook. They are doing a phenomenal job with no complaints. The food is above average and vegetables and fruits are consistently provided. The facility is very clean, with laundry done individually to prevent mix-ups, and both the rooms and the rest of the house are kept clean. The environment offers good value for money, and residents can watch TV, go outside on the patio, and read many books and magazines.
The apartments need a lot of work to update. They keep residents without heat and do not fix what needs fixing. Children cannot play outside.
