The facility looked clean and nicely done, and the staff were very friendly. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The administrative and nursing staff work hand-in-hand and do a great job. New Standard accepts Medicaid, making private rooms affordable. The decorations, flowers, cushioned rocking chairs, and pretty landscape make the environment cheerful and classy. The nurses were knowledgeable and caring. The staff communication and compassion were excellent, and they answered all questions. The staff has made the process of signing my father up extremely easy, and dad can't wait to move in.

Management is extremely poor; residents can’t get medications for days or weeks, and diabetics go without insulin. Cops are constantly being called; employees are unprofessional and could care less about residents; some staff lack proper qualifications; the place is a joke run by low-class people.
