They are very friendly, helpful, and supportive, and the staff treat everyone like family. Evan runs a wonderful organization; the people there are responsive, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they care for loved ones as if they are family. The transportation service is on time with pleasant drivers. Steve is very nice. Walter cleans very well. The staff is very nice and always smiling.
The drivers were terrible. One driver was extremely rude to the reviewer’s daughter, glared at her, and made an obscene gesture. There is a driver who speeds down the block every time he drops off the neighbor’s elderly parent. There is zero reason to drive over 15 mph on that tiny block. Other drivers have been observed running stop signs in town. If the reviewers' parents were being driven by these drivers, they would be incredibly uncomfortable and would refuse the transportation services completely.
