The staff here are great. Lance provides quick and excellent service. Residents love everything about Riverview Highlands, and Christa is the best. The staff quickly resolved the faucet issue. Crista and the staff are outstanding, offering a friendly community, excellent maintenance, beautiful grounds, and a superb location. The building is fantastic with a great manager. The space is beautiful and relaxing, with river trails nearby. Israel is consistently friendly, professional, and competent, and gets things done promptly. Residents feel safe, happy, and like part of a family.
The snow removal crew never clears the entrance or exit to the underground parking. After a 7.5-inch overnight snowfall, they only began shoveling the sidewalk entrance at 6:30 pm. Residents had to shovel a path themselves to accommodate elderly residents during the day. They never shoveled the path from the side entrance to Prior Avenue. A resident had to shovel it after waiting 24 hours.
