The staff members are caring. The people there were very nice and very caring. She received good care there. It was all nice and clean. There seemed to be adequate staff. There is a beautician who comes in once a week. The staff are good communicators with families and make efforts to understand or get to know the residents. The activities staff worked very hard to keep residents entertained, with bingo being a favorite.
