The staff at New Perspective Prior Lake were friendly and knowledgeable. New Perspective Senior Living of Prior Lake has a beautiful and spacious apartment for residents. Keystone Senior Living offers a variety of social activities for residents to enjoy. The food at Keystone is tremendously good. The location of Keystone is ideal for some residents. The building at New Perspective had a nice overall look and atmosphere. The dining room at New Perspective was big, airy, and spacious. New Perspective has a variety of apartment layouts to choose from. The nursing staff at New Perspective has successfully kept residents virus-free. Keystone has an immaculately clean facility with well-kept surroundings.
The building didn't seem to be particularly clean. The food at Keystone Senior Living was a disgrace and mostly unhealthy. There were instances of delayed or no responses to beeps for assistance at Keystone. The staff at Keystone had accents that caused difficulties and frustrations for residents. The communication with the executive director at New Perspective Prior Lake was difficult and lacked quality care. The executive director at Keystone seemed to care more about money than the resident's care. Residents were left unattended in the dining room for extended periods of time at New Perspective Prior Lake. There were incidents of staff taking personal items from residents without consent at New Perspective Prior Lake. Overcharging for services and lack of care after a resident's death occurred at Keystone Senior Living.
