Jess was attentive and genuinely concerned about patients' care and comfort. Jess communicates clearly about the plan and explains medications and dosages. Dar went above and beyond in every interaction; she was kind and encouraging and facilitated a safe transition home. The rehabilitation facility is one the reviewer would return to if needed. The staff are very helpful; they truly care and do their best to make residents comfortable. The staff at St. Clare go out of their way to accommodate residents' preferences and make them feel like family. The staff are some of the most caring and compassionate; residents become family to the staff and the care is exceptional. The facility feels safe, reasonably clean, and residents are well cared for. Therapy was good.
The food was not very good and lacked taste beyond salt. CNA care was 50/50, with some CNAs very good and others lacking experience. There was one very bad experience with a staff member, who was no longer employed at the facility.
