Stephanie was very friendly and gave a tour. The maintenance crew is great. The staff are always fast, efficient, and do a great job. The Axis provides free coffee and good service, and is well maintained. The apartments are nice and have modern amenities. The tour was great and the apartment is lovely. Residents have experienced zero complaints over two years, with a good location, amenities, and responsive maintenance and management. The management and maintenance are really nice and reasonable. Eric is the best maintenance man. Marie provided excellent move-in service. Maintenance arrived within 10 minutes and fixed the toilet. The Axis staff go above and beyond for residents.

There is absolutely no management here; the office staff are incompetent and do nothing to address concerns. The Axis does not respond to phone calls or emails and is rarely in the office.
