Review

As the guardian responsible for my client's well?being, I depend on the care team to be attentive, compassionate, and easy to reach. From what I've experienced, they take good care of him and are responsive to any questions I have. That responsiveness has been a major comfort, and I've been very satisfied with the level of care they've provided overall, especially in the moments when things go smoothly and communication is clear.

Lately, though, the service has been a little inconsistent - up and down in a way that makes it harder to rely on a steady routine. During the better stretches, the team felt cohesive and dependable, and there was a sense that things were running smoothly. In those times, it was easy to trust that my client's needs would be met promptly and with the attention they deserve. But there's also been a sense that the rhythm isn't as stable as it once was, which has been a challenge to manage from a guardian's perspective.

Amanda stood out as a standout member of the team. She was really good at her job and, from my experience, she did a superb job of making sure that payments were handled properly and on time. Her attention to the financial side of things gave me extra peace of mind, because I didn't have to chase down questions or corrections - she seemed to take charge of those tasks in a reliable way. When Amanda was present, the payment process felt smoother, and I could focus more on my client's day?to?day care without worrying about billing details.

There was an incident that underscored how important that reliable financial handling can be. On one occasion, they had to cut me a check, and when I brought it to the bank, the funds were not good. That meant I ended up waiting through the whole weekend while the issue was corrected. The delay was frustrating, not just because of the inconvenience, but because it touched the practical side of supporting my client - things like paying caregivers and organizing support. It was a clear reminder of how crucial accurate and timely payments are to the overall care experience.

Despite that rocky moment, the overall impression remains that the team cares for my client and takes communication seriously. The care they provide is evident in how they attend to his needs and in how they respond to questions I raise, which has been appreciated. I'm glad that the care model exists and that there have been strong, capable contributors like Amanda who can handle both the caregiving tasks and the administrative details with competence.

Going forward, I hope to see more consistency in performance across the team and a return to the level of reliability I experienced when Amanda was actively involved. I'd like to see the same proactive handling of payments and questions that I remember from those better days, so my client's care can stay steady and uninterrupted. In short, while I've been very satisfied with the care overall and grateful for the responsiveness when it works well, I'm hoping for a steadier rhythm and continued strong leadership from the team, including Amanda if she's available, to ensure both care and administration stay aligned.
