They enjoyed sharing holiday music with the residents. Pinecrest Farms is a great place for loved ones. Everyone at Pinecrest Farms is kind and provides great care. What a nice farm.
Admittance staff were extremely rude and condescending. The reviewer felt discriminated against in many ways. They wouldn't return or have them care for a pet, let alone their mother. They realized the facility was getting a bad reputation. Do NOT send your loved ones there unless you want them abused and neglected. The grandmother tried to call 911 for extreme back pain, but staff made her walk to get what she needed and took her cell phone away when she called 911, telling dispatch she was basically crazy. The family was told the grandmother needed to go to ER, requiring the mother to drive to the hospital, where it was learned the grandmother had a fractured back. They were told not to call 911 ever again. The grandmother wet herself in bed due to not being able to get up from pain. The nurses never cleaned her or bathed her.
