    Review

Finding the right AFC home for a loved one is a decision that weighs heavily on any family. When I placed my granddaughter in Parkview, I carried with me worries about whether she would be happy and whether the placement would feel right. In hindsight, those worries turned out to be unfounded. Parkview stands out as easily the best AFC home in the state, a place where happiness and well-being feel tangible from the very first moment.

The concern about whether she would settle in and thrive quickly dissolved as I observed the environment and the daily care she received. The loving care given to each and every resident is beyond priceless. It isn't just a matter of routine tasks being completed; it's a daily culture of kindness and attentiveness that shows in every interaction. My granddaughter loves the home she's in, and I can say with equal certainty that I love what Parkview represents for her and for our family.

What makes Parkview truly special goes beyond the basics. The team at Parkview provides a wonderful home that is filled with compassion, love, fun, and caring. They cultivate an atmosphere where every resident feels valued and respected, where joy and engagement are encouraged, and where daily life is infused with warmth. This isn't merely a place to stay; it's a place to belong, to feel seen, and to experience moments of genuine happiness.

One of the most meaningful aspects of Parkview is the way the staff go out of their way to see the whole person. They don't focus solely on tasks or schedules; they look at each resident as a person with unique interests, history, and needs. This holistic approach supports residents in living their best lives, helping them maintain dignity, build meaningful routines, and stay connected to the things that bring them joy. It's this thoughtful, person-centered care that sets Parkview apart.

I wish more adult foster cares were run the way Parkview is run. The level of care, the demeanor of the caregivers, and the overall philosophy of placing the resident's happiness and well-being at the forefront are qualities worth emulating. Parkview serves as a model of what compassionate leadership and dedicated staff can achieve in an AFC setting, showing that a home can be both nurturing and vibrant at the same time.

Adding to our community through love is a fitting tribute to Parkview's impact. The positivity here radiates beyond the residents and families into the wider community, fostering a sense of hope and shared responsibility for quality care. The story of my granddaughter's experience is one example of how this environment enriches lives, strengthens families, and inspires others to aspire to higher standards of care and connection.
