The stay was wonderful, and the staff truly care for the patients. SKLD is a wonderful facility with a great team of management and staff. The people there are friendly and helpful, and the resident loves it there. SKLD Zeeland is caring and works with families to prepare for a return home after major health issues. The receptionists, physical therapists, CNAs, nurses, social worker, and food service teams were professional and knowledgeable in carrying out an effective discharge plan. Julie at the front desk adds a smiling face to the facility and makes entering the building a pleasant experience. Everyone is respectful, nice, and hardworking; Julie is a wonderful receptionist who takes great care of the residents. The staff are great; Julie is awesome, and Jake, Jose, Sue, Natalie, and Laura contribute to making it feel like home. The memory care nurses are awesome; the care and attention they give is appreciated. The staff are empathetic to residents' needs and many residents consider the staff as friends or family.
