The staff are amazing, from the first viewing through move-in and beyond. Alyssa and Stacey are always willing to help, making life easy for all residents. The maintenance staff Johnny and Tuane are quick to take care of any issues that arise. There are so many activities to choose from that it's impossible to do everything offered. The leasing office and maintenance have earned five-star ratings. Oxford Park Towers is a comfortable, friendly place to live. Stacey and Alyssa are exceptional and go above and beyond for the residents. The maintenance team is professional, exceptional, and goes above and beyond in their duties. The community feels like a big, welcoming family, and residents are happy to live there.
This Place would be perfect, if it weren't for the Pharoh Ants. This has been an on-going problem for YEARS. A regular exterminator will NOT get rid of them! And they are not going to invest into the maintenance that it takes to really get rid of them! They are EVERYWHERE! On the counters, in the Cabinets, they get into your food, in the bathroom, bedroom etc...and they crawl on you as well, This whole building is infested with Them! ITS DISGUSTING!! The other gal, Veronica, was definitely not into customer service. Customer service a huge issue here.
