Jody is amazing. Jody is patient and compassionate, and under her leadership the staff are also patient and caring with the residents. Jody is a huge asset to the house and the clients, making this place their home. Any agency would be honoured to have Jody as an employee. Jody decorates and takes time to make everyone feel important. Jody bathes and dresses clients when needed and gives her heart and soul to each person. Jody goes above and beyond to settle clients and make families feel welcome. Cynthia gives 100%. Mary made friends, ate well, and was truly loved during her stay. The staff are kind and caring; the manager tries to ensure all needs are met. The facility is nice and clean, with attentive, friendly, and helpful staff and great food.
