Located in a slightly older building, Fenno House may not be the epitome of luxury, but it certainly makes up for it with its pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The people who greeted me upon arrival were incredibly welcoming, and their helpfulness extended throughout my stay. Despite the ongoing construction work nearby, the overall experience remained positive.

The rooms at Fenno House were comfortable and well-maintained. Admittedly, they reflected the age of the building to some extent, but their cleanliness made up for any physical wear and tear. While I personally feel that some updates would greatly enhance the overall ambience, it was clear that efforts were being made to ensure a satisfactory living space for the residents.

The certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and nursing staff were extremely attentive and compassionate towards the residents.
