The staff at The Residence at Whitcomb House were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They did their job and they introduced us to some of the people and they were very nice. The person who accommodated us during the tour was phenomenal. The food was nutritious and good tasting. The facility is spotless. Their rooms were quaint little rooms. The convenience of having her own bathroom was phenomenal. The tour was great. The staff was awesome.
The facility is absolutely terrible to send a family to. They would not recommend it at all. The staff are extremely disrespectful, slow, and the turnover rate is incredibly high.
