The community is very clean. Park View provides good value with amenities that meet residents' needs. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facility is well kept and the residents are pleasant to be around. The move-in process is easy. The handicap apartments are larger and have lower cabinets for easy access. The security system is very good and keeps residents safe.
There was mold rising from the rugs. They don't go by what you can afford. They keep raising the rent each year. There have been no improvements to the apartment to warrant these price increases. There have been car break-ins, and the fire alarm goes off regularly. Residents are left outdoors for 30-40 minutes or longer while the fire department tries to shut off the faulty alarm system. Complaints are mentioned in meetings by staff but no apparent action taken. There is no staff or security after 4 or 5:00. Units are tiny with very limited closet or storage space.
