The apartment is very spacious. All utilities are included in the rent. The staff are very kind and extremely patient. The resident manager is friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful, peaceful community to live in. The indoor pool has just been redone. The common areas are beautifully decorated. Residents have met wonderful friends and the activities are fun.

The pool has been closed for five days and the thermostat won't go below 69, leaving the apartment around 75 degrees and too hot for an older person with a heart condition.
