Regina was a no-show for our appointment, leaving me to speak with her husband. Upon arriving at the home, I immediately noticed that it was a split-level house. However, my initial impression was marred by the lack of cleanliness and the fact that it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The state of disarray in the home left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but feel put off.

One glaring issue that stood out to me was the severe shortage of staff in relation to the number of residents. With only one staff person responsible for eight individuals, it became evident that personalized care and attention would be lacking. Additionally, what concerned me further was the absence of memory care services. For those who require specialized assistance due to memory impairments, this facility may not be an ideal choice.

Despite its drawbacks, there were a few positive aspects worth mentioning. One notable advantage was its convenient location. The home boasted a nice deck and yard, providing ample opportunity for outdoor activities and relaxation. However, these attractive features were overshadowed by the dire need for renovation inside.
