The Lodges were great to my mom during her 3 plus year stay. They went out of their way to take care of both her and me. The staff was very caring. It was like they were losing a member of their family.
The staff are very unfriendly and laugh at residents. They claimed the resident was sleeping when visitors arrived and refused access. They confronted the visitor outside and told them they could not see their friend, laughing. They hung up on the caller and accused them of being rude. A staff member named Fred laughed about the situation. They told the caller not to call or visit anymore. They lied about who the resident's guardian was.
