The maintenance team handles all apartment-life needs with skill. The Haven community is very clean and the staff are super friendly. The care services are good and the meals are great. The value for cost is excellent. The staff are wonderful, and residents love living there. The facility is beautiful, clean, and professionally run with caring staff.
The facility has been run into the ground by the owners, who are horrible to residents and staff and show no concern for their well-being. There is no Activity Director - the schedule is just for show. The food is not edible, and stomach viruses are rampant among residents. There is no chef and no dietician on staff. The facility has lost about 70 residents in the last year, and the remaining residents are miserable. Management has evicted others who have complained, and there are very few aides with monthly turnover.
