The facility is very well kept and the staff are super kind. The community is great. The facility is wonderful and the staff are credible. Dominion is regarded as the best option for assisted living. The staff communicate well and genuinely care about families. The caregivers are very attentive, and the Director of Nursing is accessible and hands-on. The staff culture is one of caring and respect; it's a true "we care" culture. The team at Dominion is amazing, professional, sweet, and caring, with updates provided when asked. The memory care unit is beautiful and clean, with amazing staff and quality food.
So unprofessional. Absolutely horrible facility. Do not trust them with your family member. This place stinks and the manager named Nick Clark does not cook the food well. The residents complain about the quality of the food every day and say the manager is not a well-groomed person. There were reports of an assault, an arrest, fights, employees sleeping with each other in the facility, and an unnecessary death. A worker allegedly stole the mother's credit card and used it at Dominion concessions. The mother contracted Covid and they failed to inform the family promptly, and she died after going to the hospital.
