Great location. Great security setup at the front door, with sign-in/out and personable security at the desk. The studio is fantastic. The one-bedroom unit has HVAC in both rooms, which is nice. There is a fairly large laundry room on the first floor. The staff is nice. Families felt their loved ones were cared for, safe, and the facility was clean; they expressed gratitude and rated it highly. A mother-in-law lives there and loves it.
The front staff is extremely rude. There is no website to apply to live here. The desk attendant was disrespectful and rude, claiming to be too busy and lacking the paperwork to apply.
