The staff at Country Place are awesome and the administrator truly cares about staff and residents. The facility is beautiful, home-like, and smaller, with staff who absolutely love the residents. The community has a good COVID plan, is transparent, and is highly recommended by visitors. All staff are wonderful, kind, patient, and caring, and residents are happy with their care. Country Place Senior Living goes out of its way to make residents feel welcome, with timely responses to their needs. The facility is clean, well-kept, well-managed, bright, and easy for residents to navigate. The activities director is awesome, and there are many engaging activities that residents enjoy. The meals are enjoyable and residents often eat more in the pleasant environment.
They don't pay the bills. They have had a new building built but can't even pay their contractors who show up. This is a run-of-the-mill senior living facility that takes advantage of contractors as well as elderly patients. They wouldn't let their dog live in the facility, let alone their elderly parents.
