If contacted, he will be annoyed, unresponsive, and unlikely to renew a lease. The property owners should fire him; he is terrible at his job. The units are poorly built, with overflowing toilets and water leaking through the ceilings. The units are cheaply constructed and overpriced. Maintenance requests are unresponsive. Maid-Pro did a shoddy cleaning job when the tenants' parents moved in.
