The team is responsive to residents' needs. Residents feel safe. Eric and Wes were great to work with. The communication was exceptional. The apartments are in a nice quiet area with an awesome location and nearby walking trails. The apartments are very nice.
The Property Manager is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. He does not want anyone taking his time to ask questions or even show the apartment. He is so annoyed by inquiries that he won’t respond and probably won’t renew the lease. The property owners should fire him. He is terrible at his job. The units are poorly built, with problems such as overflowing toilets and water leaking through the ceilings. The units are very cheaply constructed and overpriced. Maintenance requests go unaddressed. There are many other better apartments to rent in Cedar Falls for this price or cheaper. The apartments are smaller and too expensive for their size.
