The Waters provided a really good experience for the mom. Ronnie and his physical therapy team did a great job with the mom. She was very happy with the staff and Ashley during her stay. The therapy department was fantastic during her stay. She has nothing but good things to say about the nurses and the activity department. Thanks to this facility she was able to regain her independence. The staff was amazing. They loved the resident as if she were family. They kept the family informed. The facility was very clean and very friendly.
They billed the patient $9,000 as out-of-network charges, which was described as wrong. The food at the facility was not fit for a dog. Residents were neglected, fights occurred in the memory care unit, and some were locked up like prisoners.
