Very nice and clean main lobby. Nice place. It has a very friendly atmosphere and is well kept. Excellent management and they keep the property spotless. The apartments are really nice. A great place to call home. Southview has been a blessing to our entire family. The property is very well taken care of, and it is a nice community. The residence is safe, clean, and comfortable.
The maintenance man Jaff was very rude.
