The location is great. The resident really likes the apartment. The unit sits near the end of the hallway and overlooks a pretty courtyard. Neighbors are nice. Laundry and trash chute are conveniently located down the hall. Indoor mailboxes and a two-floor elevator add convenience. The staff are very helpful and consistently available, including during Covid-19. Maintenance and housekeeping are great. The management is good.Since moving in July 2019, I've felt lucky with the location and a living situation that really fits my daily rhythms. The apartment is tucked toward the end of the hallway, which makes it feel a touch more private and easy to settle into. From the moment I walked in, the view out onto a pretty courtyard added a calm, pleasant backdrop to day-to-day life, almost like a little outdoor sanctuary right outside my door.
