Review

Moving can be a challenging process, and unfortunately, there were some minor difficulties when my mom moved into her new place. Firstly, the refrigerator was not functioning properly, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, her cell phone seemed to be malfunctioning, prompting us to consider switching to a landline for better communication. However, amidst these initial hiccups, there were positive aspects that emerged as well. The staff at Pullman has been nothing but kind and helpful, readily addressing any questions or concerns we had.

While Pullman does not offer a meal plan, they certainly make up for it in other areas. The common areas of the community are consistently maintained and kept clean. This dedication to cleanliness contributes to a pleasant and comfortable environment for all residents. It is this attention to detail that makes me confident in recommending this community to others seeking senior living options.

Unfortunately, my mother's apartment was infested with bed bugs shortly after moving in. Surprisingly, instead of taking responsibility for the situation, the blame was placed on us. This lack of accountability was disheartening as we expected better treatment.

Furthermore, when my mother attempted to address other issues in her apartment and requested solutions from the management team, she was met with rudeness and dismissive attitudes. Their unresponsiveness left much to be desired and did little to alleviate her concerns or create a sense of comfort within the community.

Despite these setbacks in communication and problem-solving skills exhibited by the management team at times, I believe it is important to acknowledge that Pullman has created an environment where socialization is encouraged among residents. Movie nights have been organized successfully, enabling my mom to interact with her neighbors and build new connections.
