The caregivers were great at communicating with the different family members. This is a very professional and compassionate company. She is the most caring and professional caregiver we have ever seen. My mother loved having someone to help her and someone else to talk to besides me. The people are all nice in this community. We are pleased with each of the employees that have been to our home. Southern Companions contacted us within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit for the next day. The aide they sent was very knowledgeable and worked well with my Mom who has severe Alzheimer's. I'am satisfied with the services my father has received from this home care agency. Some of the helpers were on time, prepared, and dressed professionally. My husband is happy with the care here. The staff is friendly and caring. The meals are good with a nice variety. We were very satisfied with their services once we found the right caregiver.
