Additionally, ample time would be given (30 days) should evacuation become necessary, but immediate eviction could occur upon owner notification. Upon further inquiry into my father's mobility and medication management abilities, it became evident that Kelly Lake Manor required residents to handle their own transportation arrangements and pill consumption.
One concern arose when observing the lone staff member simultaneously attempting to set the table for twelve people while fielding questions about meal preparations. It seemed that the actual menu deviated from what had been posted previously. Furthermore, laundry responsibilities also fell on this same overworked employee who allowed boarders access to machines on Tuesdays and weekends.
