The Pavilion of Downtown Venice is truly exceptional. The staff go above and beyond because they genuinely care. Erin, Ashley, Moe, and the entire team are compassionate, hardworking, and deeply committed to making residents feel comfortable, valued, and loved. Their dedication is heartfelt and shows in every interaction. The staff is amazing and the head nurse is very kind and takes care of the residents' needs. Residents form friendships and enjoy social activities, like the luau, thanks to attentive staff. The location is great, across from Centennial Park in downtown Venice. Erin (wellness) and Rebecca (director) are doing a great job there. Korey Hall is highly regarded for professionalism, care, and making families feel at ease.
This place is very unprofessional and very rude staff!! This place is filthy and they neglect their residents! No one returns phone calls even after their loved ones have passed!!!!! The Place Years ago look nice now it's a dump you walk it It's filthy garbage cans are filled over it stinks it's a dump The previous director/administrator V Burns is gone!!
