• Their lack of care while handling dirty underwear and immediately after start setting up the table to change her feeding tube WITHOUT gloves made me doubt everything else.
• Countless times I found my mother bathed in a pool of liquid from the feeding tube that had been misplaced and had been leaking for hours.

• Where they have everybody locked up, it smelled like everything you can think of.
