Avalon is a wonderful place for loved ones. The administration is kind and thoughtful. The staff are generous with their genuine concern, loving care, and nursing skills. The parents were always happy, clean, and well cared for up to their passing. Avalon offers plenty of activities, keeping residents busy and enjoying life. The staff are warm, caring, and friendly. There are many choices of activities, many friends to make, and many games to play. Erica and the staff take really good care of residents. The staff are knowledgeable, dedicated, and loving.
Gary could not get along with the staff there. Gary did not do well with female caregivers. Gary was not cooperative during his stay. The Covid restrictions kept him confined to the common area and away from the bedrooms.
