Harry is an exceptional administrator - kind, attentive, and dedicated to making residents feel cared for. The maintenance crew at Bell Lighthouse Point is outstanding, quick to respond, and effective in resolving issues. Luis is amazing and always takes care of things immediately with excellent results. The staff, including Andy and Harry, are approachable, helpful, and professional. The rooftop lounge is appealing, and the property is very clean. The property is highly recommended thanks to its friendly staff and attentive maintenance. Luis delivers excellent service, answering questions and fixing A/C promptly.
The leasing office is awful and the staff are always rude, acting like residents are doing them a favor. Emails to the leasing office are often ignored. The gates are almost always broken, with doors sometimes left open due to damaged locks. There aren't enough guest parking spaces for a property of this size, and there are only three cameras in the entire building. They are scam artists who stole $900+ from tenants. The building has declined under the new management, with maintenance neglected and money prioritized over tenants.
