• The management is often not friendly and can make one feel it is an imposition to answer a question.
• Too bad you can't put zero stars on this site. I had my mother at Wesley Haven for about 5 yrs. She was very happy there and I felt great about the facility because she was happy. Then in 2012, they got a new administrator. The whole atmosphere changed for the worst.
• Her mistake! After she fired one of the nicest, caring and most knowledgeable nurses I have ever known, the medical care went to pot.
• This new nurse should not have been working in this environment as it was obvious she did not have the compassion or medical knowledge of the previous nurse.
• Bad move on Methodist Homes part.
• Sadly, since administration changed and several excellent employees have been fired, I have noticed such a decline in the quality of care, especially in the nursing department that per my grandmother's request, we are looking at other facilities to move her too.
