All Seniors is a clean facility with helpful and supportive staff. The elderly are treated with respect and dignity. They provide quality care to each senior. The love shown by the staff is amazing. Mary and staff are top-notch, passionate about the care they provide. The facility is neat, very clean, and the staff attend to the needs of each senior with care and love. The caregivers and Mary the owner are professional, courteous, and kind. The facility is excellent, organized, clean, and safe, with residents feeling at home.
A resident spent almost two months in this horrible place. She was completely focused on making money. The facility offered the cheapest food possible to keep people barely alive. The food quality was amazingly poor. The meals consisted mostly of sugar, starch, bread, and pasta. Sugar was included in almost everything served to residents. Residents rarely saw a vegetable. A resident counted only five kidney beans in a pile of white rice. Those items were supposed to be vegetables. They would be deceived. She is operating a for-profit facility. Mary increases her profit by serving the cheapest quality of food allowable to residents (prisoners) and approved by state agencies. Except for one nice worker, every other worker was rude and very mean; the staff treated the residents like animals. Residents were treated as though they were enemies. Truth is a word foreign to the caregivers at that facility. A friend died from rapid onset of cancer and malnutrition. Malnutrition should be the keyword for this horrible place. The facility cannot administer medications. The price for space was a little too high. The staff simply didn't understand the benefits of being honest.
