    Review

Moving a loved one to a new facility can be a stressful and apprehensive decision. However, for one family, their worries were put to rest when they met with the Administrator/Owners of the facility. The family immediately felt comfortable and knew it was the right move for their mother. The Administrator/Owners were open, helpful, and exhibited a genuine compassion for their residents. This warm reception gave the family peace of mind as they transitioned their mother into her new home.

Quality Care of Florida has proven its commitment to providing excellent care since the family's mother became a resident there. The staff at the assisted living facility (ALF) has been attentive, friendly, and caring towards all residents. With their vast experience in the field, the staff members are well-equipped to meet the needs of each individual under their care. This expertise further reassured the family that their mother was in capable hands.

Under new management as of August 2021, Quality Care of Florida has undergone significant renovations and updates. The facility is now even more inviting and appealing to both residents and visitors alike. This attention to detail demonstrates the management's dedication to creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment for all residents.

One satisfied family member shared that her aunt is currently residing at Quality Care of Florida. She praised the cleanliness and overall appeal of the facility, which made her feel welcomed during visits. Additionally, she mentioned that her aunt seemed to be adjusting well to her new surroundings, indicating that she too found comfort within this supportive community.

While Quality Care of Florida offers many commendable features, it does have limitations that should be noted. For example, there is no program in place for taking residents out to stores; however, given that this particular facility only accommodates five individuals, it may not be a significant concern for most families. Despite this minor drawback, it seems that overall, residents are content with life at Quality Care of Florida.

In conclusion, Quality Care of Florida has proven to be a reliable and compassionate assisted living facility. With an administrator and staff who genuinely care about their residents, families can feel confident in their decision to entrust their loved ones' care to this facility. The recent remodelling and updates have further enhanced the environment, making it both visually appealing and comfortable for residents. While there may be some limitations regarding outings, the small size of the facility contributes to a more intimate and personalized experience for each resident. With its commitment to quality care, it comes as no surprise that many individuals find solace within the walls of Quality Care of Florida.
