It was very dingy and backed up to the turnpike, making it loud and hard to hear staff outside. It was dark inside, with the dining room very dark and all the window shades pulled down. There weren't enough staff to tend to all the residents. The rooms were dirty, nasty, and some even had feces. The facility was not kept up at all. A family member was told their loved one wasn't a good fit and had to be removed.
