Mayra is amazing, quick, and knowledgeable. Mayra helps residents and goes above and beyond. Samantha is amazing and maintenance is excellent. The staff are wonderful and patient with residents. The Sandhill Shores community is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The on-site maintenance is included in lot rent. Laura, the manager, is fair, caring, and highly regarded. Ashley is friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Mayra Martinez did an amazing job helping with the home purchase and move-in. The park looks beautiful again under new management. Mayra is an asset to the Sandhill Shores community. The residents are friendly and welcoming.
The lady Trish is a terrible human being. She lacks empathy and the knowledge to run a park. She gave only the bare minimum of information and failed to mention late fees and stop payment fees. She is a terrible person and refused to answer the phone when called back. She is often out of the office and leaves early, making it hard for residents to pay their bills on time. They told people they were closed on Saturday even though the website shows they are open. Stay away; the staff is fake and they gave residents 31 days to move out after complaints about ongoing water issues.
