Tom and Sandra on the board are the nicest people. They welcomed me into the community with sincerity and warmth. The newly renovated clubhouse area looks fabulous. Everything is clean and organized. The clubhouse is very tidy and spacious. The staff are really nice. The facade is very striking and welcoming.
The board members and their wives are mean, using their power to intimidate residents and bully people out of the pool. They hire Florida Image Landscape, which does poor work on the property, and residents pay high HOA fees and get nothing for it. Curb appeal is non-existent. The pool area looks like it's from the 1960s, with chairs worn and sun-damaged. The gym is very outdated and enclosed with poor lighting and ventilation. The management company is too expensive for such a small HOA, and the property keeps convincing the board to spend more money. Everything is very old and outdated.
