Blanca was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive during the move-in process. Tim, the maintenance man, is a hero with quick responses and thorough follow-through. Frances was amazing, giving a beautiful tour and answering all questions thoroughly. Blanca was quick to assist, pleasant to work with, and overall awesome. Jamie and Blanca are very helpful; they make living at Aventine enjoyable. Blanca provided excellent service; everything was fast and comfortable. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming, with Blanca being incredibly helpful throughout the application process. Meghan Layer is amazing; she goes above and beyond for tenants, with a wonderful staff. The Villas and apartments are reasonably priced, and the pool is fantastic. The office staff are the best; they are professional, attentive, and on top of things. Maintenance is timely and professional; they respond quickly. It's a great place to live with a safe environment for dog-walking and friendly residents.
The community is no longer a 55+ environment, and residents feel everything is broken, with parking a nightmare. Management allegedly refused to fix issues, claiming they're not their problem.
