As of yesterday, the residents have all lost weight, feel unheard, and are wondering if they should move. There has been no improvement in over a year. Five Star does not care about these seniors, nor do they care that the ED is terrible. The food, cook, menu, company, and ED are terrible. They are considering calling the Ombudsman to seek change.
